I’m sure you’ve seen the standard captain’s chair that you can do dips on at the gym, I am wondering if I can get one that also has a bar I can do pull-ups on.

I am a member of a gym but I need help as to which equipment should I use. I think we have it all. These are the results I would like:
- reduce my flabby thighs (important)
- get rid of my nobbly knees (important)

Any help would be great. Thank you all so much in advance.

For the past year I have worked out in a medically supervised environment three times a week. We use the SAME equipment found in regular gyms and my workouts are between 30 and 90 minutes each. I also use hand weights at home to supplement my activity.
Prior to this year, I was not an active person, having been overweight all my life, but I was never totally sedate or house-bound — this past year has been the MOST exercise I have ever done.
Now, I have some new physical problems affecting my motor functioning of my ankles. One of the things the doctor said is that “Oh your are just deconditioned” like it was expected of a fat lady.
But doesn’t deconditioning happen when you stop exercising or are bedridden? How inactive would I have to be for deconditioning to make my ankles give out anyway? This does not seem to add up right to me. I think the doctor is way off base here. Anyone have any thoughts or information for me?
I’m not sure I was clear enough. I’m not asking for a weight loss program. I’ve lost 92 lbs in the past year, so that’s going fine. What I am interested in is can “deconditioning” occur when someone is currently exercising MORE than in the past.
BTW, those first two answers are just excuses to send you to an advertising page, not a REAL answer or suggestion.

Ok so me and my boyfriend are moving to New Zealand for 2 years in April, then hopefully if we can get residency we would like to stay. What sort of jobs are available firstly for travellers and then when we have hopefully chosen a place to settle? I am a qualified beauty therapist with over 5 years experience working in a salon and then selling equipment and teaching therapists how to use equipment.
My boyfriend is a labourer working with ground foundations but is also a qualified gym instructor.
I would love to become qualified as a teacher so that I could either teach my trade or become a primary school teacher, I have 8 a’s and b’s in GCSE and 4 A levels grade b and c.
What process would I need to become a teacher in New Zealand and would this help application for citizenship?
Thanks in advance for your time…:)
ok well i’m from the uk and i already have my visas
