Open Question: Hit a plateau and need to get past.?
I hit a plateau and I don’t know how to get past it. I use mainly treadmills, and once and a while I use an elliptical. I eat right, I cut calories. I just don’t know what to do to get past the plateau. I just need 5-7 lbs more to go.
I can only use treadmills and elliptical because that’s all i have access to. I cant afford a gym membership–i use the equipment at work for free.
