Gym Advice

My son and I want to lose weight I am 13 st and my son is 8 st 7 lbs, we live in a flat and don’t have enough money to get gym equipment or go to a gym so any advice?
ALSO my son is a very fussy eater I’ve given him everything but he doesn’t like ANY meat or veg
